I design entities, relationships and rules: employees, departments, clients, projects, requests and financial operations.
Migration from Asana and Notion
I review the existing structure, map fields and relationships, and prepare data transfer and validation.
Automations and permissions
I configure formulas, approvals, notifications and permissions around roles and company structure.
Rollout and support
I roll out the system in stages, walk through workflows with the team and refine the model using feedback.
Results and project boundaries
The result is a configured process model in Fibery, usage rules and an agreed approach to further development. Implementation scope depends on the company’s needs.
